The inception of DUFIL Prima Foods was rooted in a joint venture between the renowned Tolaram Group of Singapore and the illustrious Salim Group of Indonesia, sharing a 50:50 stake until 2018. The present management landscape has evolved to include Salim Group of Indonesia and Toleram Africa Food Ptv, a joint venture between Toleram Group of Singapore and Kellogg’s from the United States.
