TradeDepot, an end to end distribution platform is a Nigerian and U.S based B2B market place that connects small shops and retailers with wholesalers of consumer goods, such that ease retailers access to timely supply and replenishing their stores. They provides software platform for consumer goods distribution services, enabling manufacturers and importers keep their brands in stock on the shelves of millions of retail stores across major cities.

In addition, its platform give small retailers of FMCG, real time view of the prices and discounts available from every major brand, they can order those products which are then delivered to them as the order is routed to the appropriate nearby depot. During this whole process the manufacturer has visibility of its distribution and can leverage that to optimize its deliveries to distributors, improve its pricing and have a direct channel towards small retailers.

Majority of small and medium-sized businesses in Nigeria and across Africa are offline. These businesses generate $1 trillion in sales annually and contribute $2.6 trillion to the continent’s nominal GDP. Trade Depot is filling the gap of re-ordering for the small stores and kiosks.
