Air Peace Limited:

Soaring Towards Excellence in Nigerian Aviation

Established in 2013, Air Peace Limited has rapidly ascended to become a frontline player in Nigeria’s aviation sector. As the flag carrier and the largest airline in Nigeria and West Africa, Air Peace has become synonymous with reliability, innovation, and a commitment to economic empowerment.

Air Peace Limited has transformed the aviation experience for Nigerians, offering passenger and charter services that span major cities within Nigeria and extend to West African destinations and the Middle East. With its subsidiary, Air Peace Hopper, established in 2018, the airline’s network continues to expand.

The airline began its operations with a fleet comprising Dornier 328s and Boeing 737s. Its pioneering spirit was evident in 2017 when Air Peace launched its first international route to Kotoka International Airport in Accra, Ghana. The airline’s ambition and dedication soon propelled it to attain the largest market share in Nigeria’s domestic airline market by 2018.

Not content with domestic achievements, Air Peace embarked on a journey of global expansion. The acquisition of its first Boeing 777s in 2018 marked a significant stride, and in 2019, the airline began flights to Sharjah. Air Peace’s commitment to connectivity further solidified with the commencement of flights to Johannesburg, South Africa, in 2020.

Humanitarian Leadership: Air Peace’s impact extends beyond aviation. In the face of xenophobic violence against foreign nationals in South Africa, the airline stepped up to evacuate over 300 Nigerian citizens for free, showcasing its compassion and commitment to social responsibility.

Expanding Horizons: Air Peace Limited’s fleet boasts a diverse range of aircraft, including Airbus A320-200s, Boeing 737s, Boeing 737 MAX 8s, Boeing 777s, Embraer ERJ-145s, and Embraer E195-E2s. The fleet’s capacity enables the airline to connect passengers to destinations across Nigeria, West Africa, Southern Africa, Asia, and even the Caribbean.

In the ever-evolving world of aviation, Air Peace Limited has emerged as a testament to determination, innovation, and resilience. From its inception to its global endeavors, the airline continues to redefine the skies above Nigeria, exemplifying the heights that can be achieved through visionary leadership and unwavering commitment.
